How sound became part of Rosanna’s own wellbeing journey
Rosanna’s journey with sound baths began unexpectedly during a period when she was looking for ways to manage stress and reconnect with herself. Attending a local wellness workshop out of curiosity, she was immediately drawn to the resonant tones of singing bowls and gongs.
The immersive experience was profoundly relaxing and opened her eyes to sound as a tool for mindfulness and wellbeing. Sound baths became an important part of her own practice and inspired her to explore them further and share the experience with others.
Spaces created with care
When Rosanna facilitates a sound bath, she aims to create an environment that feels welcoming and deeply restorative. Sessions may begin with gentle breathwork or guided meditation, helping participants settle into the present moment before the soundscape develops.
Rosanna moves intuitively between instruments, allowing the different vibrations and tones to layer together organically throughout the session.
